Ne-Mo's was founded in 1975 in Carlsbad, California and has been located at its current facility in Escondido, California since 1979. HFG acquired Ne-Mo's in July 1999. Ne-Mo's manufactures an extensive product line of baked goods, including muffins, cake squares, cake slices, danish and cinnamon rolls under the Ne-Mo's brand name and sells its products through four primary channels: fast food restaurants, convenience stores, vending machines and fund-raising events. Products are sold throughout the continental United States as well as Hawaii and Mexico, with the greatest sales occurring in the Pacific, Northeast, Southeast, and Mid-Central regions.
